Roberto mancini says Adam Johnson need to work on been a more complete player rather than getting caught up in his recently found fame. He admitted the youngster have lots of talent and could develop into a world class player but he need to keep focus and think more for the team. The young England international find it hard to get into Mancini’s starting line-up and not happy with life on the bench.
