Rowdiest FC v BTFC: FSSL League Cup quaterfinal recap
It was an intense quarterfinal match-up between Rowdiest FC and Brandon Town FC in their FSSL League Cup match on Sunday, July 14 at Puryear Park in St. Petersburg as BTFC weather the storm to secure a hard-fought 2-1 victory over home team Rowdiest FC.
Brandon Town FC scored two goals in quick succession and controlled most of the play, however, Rowdiest FC scored in the second half to pull one back at the visitor’s expense but it wasn’t enough to stage a comeback.
BTFC continue on their journey to defend their cup title and win a second trophy to complement the league title they’ve already secured.
